Annual Bird surveys for 7,5 GW of solar farm projects

Within the Environmental Impact Assessment process, our firm conducted annual bird surveys for nearly 7,5 GW of solar farm projects, covering more than 400.000 Ha, in 14 different Spanish provinces, culminating with the writing of 35 annual reports.

Complex Kernel areas definition, detailed cartography and project impact analysis were carried out, alongside with the definition of preventative, corrective and offsetting measures.

The project also included liaising with the public administration, including alternative project site selection based on survey results.
