Biodiversity Node was invited to participate in the 2nd Gdànsk Conference on Wind Energy and Birds. Our session, «The Development of Renewable Energies in Spain: Regulatory Framework and Perspectives of Environmental Impact Assessment,» gave us a platform to share our 15+ years of experience in renewable energy projects. Spain is a leading player in wind energy, with an increased focus on meticulous planning, baseline studies, comprehensive environmental impact assessments, and proactive mitigation measures.
